Since there was no material description on the website, I believed I was ordering something made of cotton but it is not the case.

Very good material

Bought an outfit but unfo too small. Returned my order. Depot received this on February 3 but still no refund. Meanwhile understand that refunding takes upto 6 weeks. Are we in 2021 or is this the Middle Ages?

Three times I’ve written to Björn Borg customer service asking when I should expect my delivery which I placed on 5th February. They answered once with a tracking number which informed me it had yet left the warehouse now the DHL can’t find the consignment number.... wish I’d used ASOS or Amazon, won’t be shopping direct again!

When I attempted to purchase items during the sale period I was unable to access my account using my mobile phone and as a result I missed out. When I informed the customer service team they offered me a 40% discount code which would have been great but it failed to work. When I informed the customer service team, again, they forwarded to me another code. This also failed to work.
It's such a pity that neither issue could be resolved by the customer service team and I will think twice about making a purchase from BB again...

Good quality, pretty fast delivery, good price (on sale). It is not full pot because qome products on sale were quickly soldout, but they reappeared in stock at regular price even if the sale period was not over. Might be legal, but is not cool.

Super helpful staff and very warm and welcoming upon entering the store.

Maybe I've not been as lucky as the other people writing reviews. I placed my order over 4 weeks ago and the money was taken from my account around the time I placed the order. However nothing has turned up.

Ordered a pack of underwear from here and not only was the shipping fast and updated regularly but they are also the most comfortable underwear I have ever owned, swapping these out for all my calvins, cannot recommend enough
